Professional dossier — 2026 edition
I turn regulated contracts and operations into compliant, automated execution.
Commercial contract administration and data-driven operations across cloud, banking, energy and luxury: agreement execution, policy governance, workflow controls, process automation and decision-ready reporting.
Profile
At a glance.
A contract administration, quantitative finance and data-driven operations profile with hands-on experience in commercial agreement execution, compliance operations, automation and AI-enabled workflow design. At Google Cloud Italy, I support the signature and activation lifecycle of commercial agreements as an authorized company signatory, combining policy governance with operational execution. My broader background spans finance, risk modelling, ERP operations, Power Platform delivery and process transformation across cloud, banking, energy and luxury environments.
Core identity: a contracting, compliance and process-transformation specialist for regulated environments — where accuracy, traceability, policy interpretation and stakeholder alignment are not optional. The value proposition is consistent across sectors: reliable execution, stronger controls, less manual work and operational data converted into decisions.
Method
The same operating sequence applied to every process, in every sector — from banking supervisory reporting to fuel-network commercial operations.
Interview process owners, document the as-is workflow end-to-end, and surface the pain points that owners have normalised: rework, waiting, manual hand-offs, undocumented exceptions.
Identify the control points that a regulated environment actually requires — where evidence must exist, who owns each step, and what compliance needs to be able to reconstruct afterwards.
Build the automation layer with the lightest tool that does the job — Power Automate flows, digital forms, VBA macros, structured trackers — designed around the controls, not despite them.
Convert the running process into dashboards, KPIs and execution standards, so improvement is visible, ownership is clear and the next bottleneck is identified with data rather than opinion.
Delivered in practice: commercial agreement execution and quarterly sales-close contracting support at Google Cloud Italy; 5 end-to-end automation projects owned at Q8, with 36 flows, 20 digital forms, 13 macros and 2 monitoring dashboards; 5+ strategic re-engineering projects at Iccrea; and an AP cycle at Fendi handling 8,000+ invoices/year at >98% accuracy.
Experience
From 2018 to today, across cloud, energy, banking, luxury and quantitative finance, with one constant thread: making regulated execution more reliable, efficient and traceable.

The project is designed to help applicants understand how companies actually behave during recruitment, combining anonymous candidate signals, company-level hiring transparency and employer accountability into a structured public-facing intelligence layer.
What it covers: the platform maps hiring experience across dimensions such as interview speed, salary transparency, ghosting risk, feedback quality, communication clarity and perceived fairness. It is positioned as a hiring radar rather than a generic review site, with company pages, market-style rankings and employer signals intended to reduce information asymmetry for candidates before they invest time in an application process.
Desired outcome: create a transparent, anonymous and free intelligence tool that allows European candidates to compare employers, identify potential red flags, make better application decisions and encourage companies to improve the quality and accountability of their hiring processes. As founder, the long-term objective is to develop HireWatch into a practical market-intelligence layer for recruitment transparency across Europe.
