AI Project Manager & Cloud Contract Manager · Google Cloud

01 / Profile

Profile

I work where finance, contracts and technology meet. Since July 2026 I have been AI Project Manager and Cloud Contract Manager in the Finance Optimization Office of Google Cloud in Rome. I am an authorized company signatory for Google Cloud Italy and coordinate the execution of commercial agreements across Sales, Legal, Finance and Compliance.

Before Google, I spent almost four years making finance processes faster and better controlled, in four different sectors. At Q8 (Kuwait Petroleum Italia) I managed the purchase-to-pay cycle in SAP and led the automation of commercial and finance operations. At Gruppo BCC Iccrea I mapped and re-engineered banking processes and designed automation and BI solutions. At Fendi (LVMH) I handled accounts payable on intercompany ERP systems, after starting out in an accounting firm in Rome.

My studies follow the same line, from economics to quantitative finance to technology: a BSc in Economics & Management at Sapienza, an MSc in Finance at Luiss and an MSc in Financial Risk & Data Analysis at Sapienza, with a thesis in quantitative financial modelling. Since August 2026 I have been studying for an MSc in Digital Government Technologies & IT Project Management at Stockholm University. Exchanges in Örebro and Frankfurt, the ARPM Boot Camp at NYU, two published books and open research on markets complete the picture.

What connects the two sides: I understand the finance and the controls a process needs, and I can build the tools that make it run, from Power Automate flows to Python models. I work in Italian and English (C1).

Method Four steps, applied in every sector

  1. I

    Map

Interview process owners, document the as-is workflow end-to-end, and surface the pain points that owners have normalised: rework, waiting, manual hand-offs, undocumented exceptions.

  2. II

    Control

Identify the control points that a regulated environment actually requires: where evidence must exist, who owns each step, and what compliance needs to be able to reconstruct afterwards.

  3. III

    Automate

Build the automation layer with the lightest tool that does the job (Power Automate flows, digital forms, VBA macros, structured trackers), designed around the controls, not despite them.

  4. IV

    Measure

Convert the running process into dashboards, KPIs and execution standards, so improvement is visible, ownership is clear and the next bottleneck is identified with data rather than opinion.

Delivered in practice: AI project delivery, commercial agreement execution and quarterly sales-close contracting support at Google Cloud; 5 end-to-end automation projects owned at Q8, with 36 flows, 20 digital forms, 13 macros and 2 monitoring dashboards; 5+ strategic re-engineering projects at Iccrea; and an AP cycle at Fendi handling 8,000+ invoices a year at over 98% accuracy.

02 / Experience

Career record

From 2018 to today, across cloud, energy, banking, luxury and quantitative finance, with one constant thread: making regulated execution more reliable, efficient and traceable.
