Companies mentioned on HireWatch may request review of specific content that may be unlawful, privacy-invasive, materially inaccurate, fake or otherwise contrary to the platform rules.
Companies can request review for
- Personal data or identifying details about private individuals.
- Specific factual claims that are demonstrably inaccurate.
- Content that appears fabricated, spammy or coordinated.
- Defamatory or unlawful allegations.
- Confidential information or screenshots.
Companies cannot request removal only because
- The report is negative but framed as a lawful user opinion.
- The company disagrees with a candidate's subjective experience.
- The content criticises timing, salary transparency, feedback speed or process clarity in a factual and professional way.
How to submit a dispute
Please include the exact URL, company name, the specific passage or ranking row, your reason, supporting evidence if available, and a contact email.
Email disputeHireWatch may redact, correct, de-rank, hide or remove content after review. Synthetic demo/seed entries are labelled and excluded from live rankings/social cards.
