HireWatch exists to make hiring processes more transparent while respecting privacy, GDPR principles and professional standards.
Allowed
- Factual descriptions of interview steps, timing, salary transparency and feedback speed.
- Professional opinions about process clarity, fairness and candidate respect.
- General advice for other candidates.
- Company-level signals, without naming private individuals.
Not allowed
- Names of recruiters, interviewers, employees or candidates.
- Emails, phone numbers, addresses, screenshots, account IDs or other personal identifiers.
- Defamatory, threatening, hateful or discriminatory statements.
- Unverified criminal, corruption, fraud or discrimination allegations.
- Confidential information or content that breaches legal obligations.
Moderation
Submitted reports enter a pending state and become public only after moderation approval. HireWatch may redact, reject or remove content that breaches these rules. Seed/demo entries are clearly labelled and excluded from live rankings and social sharing.
